At Formulix, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your data when you use our form-building services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: We collect your name and email address when you register.
• Form Content: We store the questions and media you upload to create your forms.
• Response Data: We host the data submitted by people who fill out your forms.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Formulix service.
• Process your subscription payments.
• Provide customer support and fix technical bugs.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never sell your personal information or your respondent's data to third parties.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. You can export or delete your forms and responses at any time through your dashboard.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences.

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect form answers or personal data you enter.

6. Google User Data Handling

If you choose to connect your Google account to Formulix (e.g., for Google Sheets integration or importing Google Forms), we request specific permissions to provide these features. We only access the data you explicitly authorize.

• What data we collect and access: We request access to your email address and basic profile to identify your account. If you enable integrations, we request permission to view your Google Forms (forms.body.readonly) to import your form questions, and permission to create and manage specific files in your Google Drive and Google Sheets (drive.file and spreadsheets) to automatically save your form responses to a spreadsheet. We do not access or read other files in your Google Drive.
• How we use this data: The access tokens we receive are stored securely in our database and are used strictly to perform the actions you request, such as creating a new spreadsheet for your form responses, appending new responses to that sheet, or importing questions from a Google Form you select.
• Data Sharing & Disclosure: We do not transfer, sell, share, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties, except to Google itself as necessary to perform the API actions you authorize. We strictly do not use your Google data for advertising or training AI models.
• Limited Use Policy: Formulix's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Data Deletion: You can disconnect your Google account from Formulix at any time within your dashboard. Doing so will immediately revoke our access and delete the stored access tokens from our database.
