• Permitted Use: You may use formulix to create, host, and distribute online forms and surveys for personal or business use.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service to: Collect sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers, passwords) via insecure fields, Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content , Phish or deceive respondents, Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Account Limits: Usage (responses, forms, etc.) is subject to the limits of your selected plan (Free, Basic, or Pro).

3. Data Ownership

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content, questions, and branding you upload to formulix ("User Content").
• License to Us: By using the Service, you grant formulix a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your forms solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Respondent Data: You own the data collected from your form respondents. You are responsible for ensuring your data collection complies with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

4. Payments

• Pricing: formulix offers various paid tiers. Pricing is as described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Since formulix offers a generous Free tier to test the service, refunds for paid subscriptions are generally not provided except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The formulix name, logo, software, and original website content are the exclusive property of formulix and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, formulix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
